“8 Seconds” Feature Film (CherryCherryVFX)

At Cherry Cherry VFX in Istanbul, I worked as a freelance visual effects artist on the feature film “8 Seconds,” under the management of Tony Landais. My main responsibilities focused heavily on lighting, rendering, compositing, and simulation—handling some of the film’s most technically demanding VFX shots. I built full lighting setups to match live-action plates, performed physically accurate rendering to maintain consistency across CG elements, and composited the final shots with detailed attention to integration and realism. I also worked on simulation tasks that added dynamic effects to key scenes. These elements were critical in enhancing the film’s emotional and visual impact.
